Karizma Textile Offices is a workplace project located within the company’s 4,000 sqm production facility in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul. The project brings together a 300 sqm administrative office and also a series of modular container-based workspaces positioned directly within the factory floor.
The administrative offices were conceived as a distinct yet connected layer within the industrial setting, creating a more refined working environment while maintaining a visual relationship with the character of the production facility. A restrained palette of warm neutrals, dark metal and textured surfaces is punctuated by a muted yellow-green tone, introducing a subtle reference to the textile context.
A sequence of softly vaulted ceiling forms defines the main workspaces and brings rhythm to the otherwise linear plan. Black-framed glass partitions organise private offices and meeting rooms while allowing daylight and visual continuity to extend through the interior.
Within the production hall, stacked shipping containers were adapted to accommodate additional offices, meeting spaces, kitchen facilities and supporting functions. Arranged across two levels and connected by an external steel stair and gallery, the modular structure creates a compact workplace directly integrated into the factory environment.
Together, the two office systems respond to different modes of working within the same production setting: one more representative and client-facing, the other direct, flexible and closely connected to day-to-day operations.
